Two Flaws.
First flaw is the U shaped handle digs into palm of hand when lifting and tilting. Second flaw is the bottom of skillet is NOT flat. It is raised in the center and the frying oil moves to the outer edge of skillet. When frying with 1/4 cup or less oil one needs to tilt and rock skillet back and forth to keep oil under food being fried. Made in China.
