i loved this oven , but it broke after about 5 months, it took them forever to get the shipping order done to return it, they seem very disorganized and now it has been 2 months because it is supposedly backordered i got a notice i would get the new one the first of april just got another notice saying it will now be the first of june!!! i am not impressed and certainly not for this price i did not expect it to break but it should not take 4 months to get it fixed or a replacement, this is crazy
