Welds on the hinges broke with little effort.
Based on all the other positive reviews, I'm not sure if we just got a defective item or what. The "heavy duty welding at stress points" is a joke. Our dog broke off the bottom hinge with little trouble. Now I am left with a $500 piece of scrap metal and I can't leave my house because we have no way to contain the dog. It also seems to be impossible to contact the manufacturer directly to talk about replacement parts. Here's a picture if Amazon lets me insert a link...
