Well, for the first few months it made great waffles. You can adjust the temperature to make them as crispy as you like. We probably use it once or twice a month, so not exactly industrial use. Then it broke (literally fell apart during use) and now we are waffle-less. The plastic broke off at the hinge at the back where it attaches to the base, the bearing and spring fell out. I'm so disappointed because I thought for the money and the brand name it would last a long time.
