Our toilet gets backed up about once a month. I thought this plunger would be the answer to my prayers. When it finally came time to test it out, it failed miserably! I quit smoking a month ago and this has got me so mad, I want a cigarette so bad! For starters, there's no resistance. You stick the tip of plunger down and there's nothing to plunge against. The rubber tips just gets stuck down in the toilet. While you'd think this would be a good thing, since it mimics the action of a snake, but it doesn't. All it does it wind up stuck so tightly that when you pull it out, your toilets still clogged and you wind up with a whole lot of backsplash which is the LAST thing you want when your toilets backed up! The other thing that kept happening is that the rubber handle kept coming off! I wound up having to pull out my snake and fix it the way I always have. This is a good idea, it just needs better execution.
