I have a vitamin D deficiency and take supplements to maintain my levels. I ordered this because I liked the idea of coconut oil in the capsule. However, my vitamin D levels dropped significantly after I started taking this supplement (per blood tests). If you are just taking this because you like the idea of taking vitamin D it's probably not an issue, but I would not recommend this product to anyone who needs a supplement due to a deficiency.
