After a few months' occasional use, it stopped working with burning smell. I found the one of the wire connected to the heating coil was burned and disconnected. I contacted Bodum customer service, nobody answered, however they sent me an email to ask me how I would rate the support I received. Well, I did not receive anything at all. Now I realized this product was manufactured pretty poorly. It may cause a fire hazard. If you already bought it, please be careful.
