I guess I should have read the other reviews more carefully before purchasing. 1/2 way through cooking, you are supposed to pull the basket out and give the food a little shake (for even cooking) and then put the basket back in and resume. Once the unit gets hot, the plastic face of the basket gets warped and you have to fight with it 8 to 10x, just to get the basket clicked back in. Others are having the exact same problem. At first I thought it was me. Only used it 3x. Sending back for refund.
