I purchased this Deebot N79S two weeks ago. At first it worked pretty good for an inexpensive robotic vac. Connecting and Commands for Alexa are very archaic. Two weeks after purchase Deebot starting loosing his charge about 30 min into cleaning. Ok so the kid or the dog knocked it off the charger right? Wrong. Everyday the run time became less and less. I contacted ECOVACS customer service 3 times and a week later I am still waiting on a return phone call. I am sending this back to Amazon to get my money back and I just purchased a Shark. I don’t know about you but I’d rather pay a little more and have quality customer service when I need it.
