She’s a beautiful fit women who has a healthy lifestyle while balancing a career and family, that was engaging, interesting and inspirational altogether. However, now she drones on and on, I’m sorry but it’s too preachy yet she holds no credentials. She’s not a therapist, doctor, or nutritionist. Her format has lost something in the effort to create content.
