I was super ecstatic about the genius design of this, but it's simply too flimsy. I correctly unfolded and locked it and put my newly adopted cat inside and left him in the bathroom in it to get adjusted before I let him out into the house. When I opened my bathroom door just 15 minutes later he had clawed his way out of the siding, bloodied his paws up, and was scared. I was so upset he went through that! Do not purchase unless they improve their design and materials used to make this cat carrier. I purchased in November of 2017.
