The earrings are very pretty. However , when attempting to put them on, the left earring post fell off in my hand. The company acknowledged the problem very quickly via email.They requested me to upload pictured of the earrings and packaging they arrived in to their site. I have all that is requested but have no knowledge of uploading from my phone. Being a senior, I think i was born way too early for this. Guess I'll just have to eat them. Not very happy.
