Following the instructions in the small FIXD leaflet, I installed the FIXD app on my smartphone, started my car's engine, opened the FIXD app, registered my name and email address and then entered the product registration code. Afterwards, I inserted the FIXD device into the connector slot below my car's dashboard. Then I proceeded with the FIXD instructions to select the FIXD device name from the results list. The bug occurred at this point where the software then returned me to register the product and device code again. I did, and the software kept going in a loop. Contacted FIXD Support and although they were friendly, they did not have a solution to the problem and apologized. Therefore, I'm in the process of sending the FIXD back to Amazon and will search for a different brand.
