These were pretty mediocre. They do not provide any arch support and their primary objective seems to just be comfortable and to absorb impact. They are comfortable... for about a week. I work in an Office (sitting) and in Restaurants (Bartending). I put these in the shoes I wear when Bartending. After 6 shifts, 8 hours each, over the course of 9 days, these insoles were trashed. The fabric of the insole was fraying and coming apart. The gel part of the insole was cracking and disintegrating. Unfortunately, these are not very well made and do not last long at all. If you don't mind buying a new pair of these every two weeks or so, then these might work for you, but I was hoping for more.
