The pipe connecting to the tank leaked and my entire house is flooded. Damage is over $10,000. I think other reviews also mentioned the same problem. Luckily, I do have home insurance. I contacted TOTO customer service several times for replacing the product or pipe. It's within warranty time (less than 1 year). But no response. Finally, below is the reply from TOTO: "thank you for taking the time to contact us as we value your decision of choosing TOTO. Looks like the water line may have been over tighten but from picture I can not tell where the leak really is so maybe suggest replacing the water line and junction valve. Parts 11 and 12." That's it. I waited for the response to write this review in case they can take care of it, but apparently not. So if you don't want to waste hundred of bucks, ruin your home, bare construction for months. Do not consider this product. Please review the picture for the defect part and what my home looks like due to it. Hopefully this could be helpful to you.
