The DEWALT DW758 8-Inch Bench Grinder is a defective design or just poorly manufactured with no quality control. I have worked with many grinders from industrial settings to home shops and this is the worst grinder I have ever used. I purchased 3 to use in a shop all 3 had excessive vibration one literally shook a 300 pound bench until tools on the bench were falling off the bench. 5 times the vibration of the worn out grinder it was supposed to replace. I removed the wheels to see if they were causing the imbalance, with no change in the vibration. The problem is inherent with the motor and bearings in the housing. In my opinion this product is a waste of time and money. Do-Not consider this a grinder it’s not even a good paperweight.
