Okay...so to begin..I have included a photo of my old air fryer and the Paula Deen so you can see the difference in size. My old fryer I can cook at least 12 wings at a time. As you can see in Paula's cookbook they only suggest 8 wings at a time!! I bought this to cook larger batches, not to cook less. This just doesn't seem to be as powerful as my old fryer either. It took longer to cook 8 wings in Paula's fryer than it took to cook 12 in my old fryer. My next issue was it is really hard to see where you were setting the dials. It would be nice even if there was white paint on the dial so you could see where you were setting them. It does clean up very nicely! That's about the only positive thing that I can say about it. I was so excited to get this fryer but after using it was so disappointed. I am returning it.
