They have gone downhill in quality control and do not respond to customers
I have bought over 30 rolls of this black filament and it "used" to be the best hands down. I printed all my products with it and was buying roll after roll and had my printers tuned flawlessly to this filament. Sadly something must have happened in their factory where the filament appears to be contaminated. I have attached a photo to show the issue. It looks like moisture but it is not. I have had rolls in the dehydratro 5, 10, 25, and 48 hours !!! with no success at improving the quality of the print. You can see in the picture it is so bad it looks like I have random seem but I assure you the seem is configured in the back of all my prints. The only thing I can think of is contamination. I am sure I have well over 1000 hours of print time and 4 seperate 3d printers so I am pretty sure I know what I am doing. I do this for a living now. I have had a random spool with no problems and can interchange them and the dots disappear. Put another roll in and it is riddled with imperfections. Changed out to hatchbox and no imperfections. I am 99% sure esun quality control has gone downhill. For the last 3 months I have randomly bought a few rolls hoping they have resolved this issue but very sadly they have not. I emailed their customer support that was on the card in the box but they never respond. I wasted a couple hundred so far on bad rolls hoping the issue was resolved but no luck. Thanks for the great run but it looks like its over.
