After a bit more use I have had to lower my rating of this products to 2 stars. I only use it every couple months for maybe a half hour of making burgers to freeze. I never wash it in the dishwasher, handwash only and this last week as I was making some patties I noticed grey particles in one of my burgers, I checked the press and it was the no-stick coating coming off into the meat; had to throw away about 2 pounds of burgers.
