Update: Buyer beware!!! The seller just asked me to remove my negative review in exchange for $15. I was looking for a beginner telescope and liked the fact this was advertised as light weight and good for travel. I am mostly disappointed as it says it comes with a manual but it doesn't. There is a "quick guide" of how to set up the telescope which is very disjointed and you can't tell the beginning from the end. That is way different than a manual that tells you how to use the telescope. Also frustrated that it doesn't stay in place (the knobs are tightened all the way but it's still lose enough on the tripod to fall backwards). It is very short and does hurt your neck. I'm 5'2 and I was too tall to comfortably use this. Unfortunately will be sending it back and starting my search over for another telescope.
