Good trimmer however the head tends to disintegrate. I called customer service, was on hold for over 20 minutes. When I finally was able to speak with a person they didn't have any practical knowledge of the unit. They asked me to email pictures and gave me an email address which I confirmed twice with them only to have the emails return as undeliverable. I purchased two of the units and were only able to use them a whole total of 10 times. From what I can see in the manuals I've found online the part that breaks is not even available. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
