Once it arrived I had charged it for 24 hours. I had checked the status of the battery every month since it arrived and charged it as needed if there was a drain on it from lack of use. I had bought it as a gift for my mother for the “just Incase”. I didn’t have the opportunity to use it until the last month or so, since we have had the cold snap here in the Boston area. It has not worked once!!! Checking the status light on the pack and it says it is charged... I’m not sure what the issue is with the pack, but I have tried several different ways hooking it up without any success. After reading reviews I settled on this product. I really wish that I hadn’t...
