I am very disappointed by the quality and craftsmanship of the filters I received. I had used this company's filters in the past without issues, and the filters I replaced on my house were Flanders as well, albeit, they were the heavy duty type. The picture shown for the filters I bought shows metallic frame/body on both sides. However, the filters arrived with metallic frame only on one side and with tons of loose fiber. The fiber is wavy and not straight at places leaving significant holes for dust to get through. I do not recommend , nor will I ever buy again. Out of the 12 filters only 5 arrived without manufacturing defects. Product I bough is Flanders PrecisionAire 10155.011818 18 by 18 by 1 Flat Panel EZ Air Filter, 12-Pack.
