Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've owned two of these now. Both quit after about a year. Didn't see the 5 year warranty the first time and decided to try another since I didn't have many options. I called about getting the second one fixed under warranty but in my opinion, the customer service rep was not unhelpful. They expected me to pay to have it send to them and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to get it back. What am I suppose to do? Go buy another one while they fix this one? (I did ask if there was anyway to get it back faster but long story short I was told no.) When it worked it was an ok trimmer but mine haven't lasted long enough to be worth the steep price tag and I'm not going to go a month with out a trimmer while it gets fixed.
