Such a disappointment. We were really excited about this tv but after 2 weeks we’ve decided to return it. The volume is all over the place depending on what input you use (channel, apps, game system, dvd). But what really made us decide to return it was when the tv screen would randomly go black. We have customized the volume settings for sound and attempted several factory resets suggested by insignia for the screen. All have failed.
