I cannot stress enough how awful this baby monitor is. This company should be ashamed of themselves, this product is a borderline scam. It is completely worthless. We have high speed Internet and even with that the thing is garbage. We have had it a couple weeks and the audio monitoring has cut out in the missle of the night. Using the event monitoring we saw where our baby had cried for hours and we didn’t hear her. Heartbreaking. I’m furious I want to punt this piece of junk down the street. What the point of a baby MONITOR that can’t monitor your baby? Keep in mind we have the app and audio opened on two separate phones and an IPad when we go to bed and it fails ALL THREE OF THE DEVICES. Oh and did I mention that when the device losing connection and reconnects it makes an absurdly loud beep. What a great idea! That won’t wake up babies at all!!!! /s That coupled with the fact it literally eats through your data, I wouldn’t recommended this product even if they were giving them away for free.
