Eh? You get what you pay for
At first I loved these earbuds. Great sound quality, great fit, they don't fall out, etc etc. Until yesterday, when the left one said battery low and died. Reached out to Amazon customer service via chat, and they went out of their way to make it sound like I wasn't charging them with a good cord, my outlet was bad, I didn't remove the protective film, or I dropped them. Just replace the defective set.
