I purchased this cup and absolutely love it. As a nursing mother, the 32 oz size easily allows me to monitor my daily water intake. After a few months of use and washing on the top rack of the dish washer (as recommended by Bubba), the mug became deformed with the inside wall pulling away from the outside wall. I contacted Bubba directly and have received horrible customer service. After sending several pictures and answering several required questions, I was told a replacement would be sent. The replacement that was sent was a 24 oz. cup in smoke color. While I like the blue coloring that I originally ordered, I’m flexible with the color. The size however, is very important to me. I emailed customer service immediately after receiving the replacement and was told that there’s no guarantee what replacement will be received and that they can only send what’s currently available on their website. The representative then provided a 10% off coupon code so that I can purchase another item from their website. I checked their website, and the exact cup I originally purchased is available. I emailed them back three times now offering to send back the replacement I received and requesting another 32 oz replacement and have heard nothing back. While I love the cup that I purchased, because of the horrible customer service, I’d be very hesitant to purchase another Bubba item again.
