Subscribed to this for the price and reviews but was left disappointed in the end. I've used l-theanine before and know what it should feel like for me and how long it takes to feel the effects on an empty stomach. This brand did nothing for me personally, even when i doubled the dose to 400mg (two pills) Today I received my new l-theanine supplement from a competing brand here on amazon, and after taking 1 pill (200mg) on an empty stomach and felt like my mind clear and and a sense of ease within 5-10 minutes. I'f you're one of the many who felt nothing from this brand of l-theanine, I suggest trying another brand as I did.
