I initially contacted Deneve Customer Care Customer Care 4/25/20 (purchase date of 8/4/2019) when I noticed multiple stress cracks on the top and bottom of the solar light as well as 2 LED lights that are intermittently working asking if this was covered under the one year warranty. Deneve Customer Care responded promptly and asked me to send photos which I did 4/27/20 with no return reply on this issue. I asked for a status again sending photos again 5/6/20 and another email for a status 6/13/20 with no reply or response. I would not recommend this flag pole solar light and would add that Deneve Customer Care is non responsive once there is an issue detected and that the one year warranty will not be honored. Next stop is Amazon to make a formal complaint.
