Pump worked good up until it failed after 18 months of use. Certainly unfortunate that it failed but this can happen. I Submitted it back to Wayne as a warranty claim which it should be covered under the pumps 5 year warranty. Shipped the non-working pump back to Wayne, and now they are claiming that the pump is somehow not covered under their warranty. All information was provided to them as requested. Just an overall disappointing experience! Pump worked well while it was working, just don't count on any support through Wayne's warranty when it fails!
