This is a pretty good vacuum that I bragged about despite quickly finding that 1 battery isn't enough. I purchased another decided and was pleased with the results. Then 2 batteries weren't enough and I attempted to order a 3rd only to find that they are no longer available. Now I have a 4 month old non returnable unit that I have invested over $500.00 in and can no longer get batteries or filters for. What can I say...I feel duped.
