I've been using Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Replenishing Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner for several weeks and I was afraid I'd have to pay full price for more at Sephora or Ulta. So I was very happy to find it on Amazon for a much better price, and I ordered the two-pack shampoo and conditioner (16.5 oz). I received them two days ago. They'd been packaged poorly and both the shampoo and conditioner had been forced open and leaked. I called Amazon and they authorized a refund for the products, for which I am very grateful. After I used the products I was extremely grateful to have my refund authorized because, although the Alterna packaging looked the same as what I'd had previously, it did not perform in the same way. My hair is dry and fly away after using these products. I don't know what's in the bottles, but it is not Alterna. I'm now going to go to a local Ulta or Sephora to buy the real thing. You get what you pay for.
