The product arrived on time. When assembled, the product did not operate correctly. The resistance settings (1-14) didn't seem to change the resistance. I asked for a replacement machine. The company replaced the product quickly. I assembled the second product. The resistance setting knob was off centered but the setting knob seemed to change a little from 1 thru 14; however, the resistance is much stronger than I anticipated even at the lowest setting. I'm use to the water resistance row machines found in most Gym's. I returned the product back to the company and requested a refund (hopefully in progress). I will research the water resistant machines in greater detail and when ready, I'll most likely purchase one of them.
