I work in the IT field and I've sworn at it twice this week
Does a good job printing when it wants to. Sometimes stuff is printed before I can walk to it and sometimes it prints out ten minutes later. It's fallen off the stable 100mbps network twice this week, sometimes will print half a page, but over the past two weeks it's eventually printed everything I've needed it to. Not recommended for grandparents or non tech savvy, but if you know what you're doing and can troubleshoot quickly it's good for the price.
