DO NOT order this product! Their claims to "try it" are false. Here's my story... I ordered the no!no! hair removal system directly from them. They charged my first installment of $112 The product IS SO BAD and DOES NOT WORK that I called back a week later to ask for refund instructions. SCAM 1: They tell you you'll get a full refund on your purchase SCAM 2: When you call to ask for refund instructions, the customer service tries to talk you out of it. I called THREE DIFFERENT TIMES and each one of the reps tried to talk me into keeping it. NONE of them brought up the bogus return policy. YET. They said things like "keep using it for one week every day," "it takes two weeks to see results" and all kinds of crap. SCAM 3: Operator number 3 told me that if I still didn't want it, to call back and ask for her extension and she would take off $50. She said that I had 45 days to return it and still get a full refund SCAM 4: I DIDN'T WANT TO TRY IT 45 DAYS! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I called again and now the operator tells me the truth about their return policy. YOU HAVE TO WAIT 45 days before you return it to get a refund. If you return it sooner, they make you pay shipping and handling. So my second payment is supposed to be October 1 The 45 days aren't up until October 22 SO THEY'RE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR A SECOND INSTALLMENT AND MAKE ME WAIT FOR 45 DAYS BEFORE THEY WILL CONSIDER REFUNDING MY MONEY! It's not like I'm going to change my mind between now and 45 days, and I suspect there's more hidden scam to come. Oh yes, I guess this should qualify as SCAM 5: I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being on hold for 15 minutes (seriously) I got a vm...I left my information and at the end of the vm it said "your message was sent to an EXAMPLE supervisor." WHAT THE HECK IS AN EXAMPLE SUPERVISOR!???? SO JUST ONE MORE SCAM I HATE THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR PRODUCT. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT ORDER IT! You can get better results from masking tape.
