Cheaped out and changed the formula!!!!
Well, they have cheaped out and changed the formula to cheaper, crappier ingredients. Glycerin is the 3rd ingredient now, which in that high of a quantity darkens natural red and blonde hair. Also fragrance now instead of essential oil blend, less panthenol. I knew it was too good to last. Shame on you Shea Moisture!! I'm done with you now.
