Requires Two Hands to Operate
The design of this product has changed from one hand control. The new model has a button on top that has to depressed in addition to the High or Low button. I think most people would have to use both hands to operate the unit. The video demonstrates one with the old design before the extra button was added. At first I thought the unit was defective, but the instructions in the manual indicates the both buttons must be pressed. The button on top indicates it is a Lock button. I returned the unit. I found a local store with one unit that didn't have the extra button and the others on the shelf did.
