I knew this was an inexpensive product when I ordered. The part that slides into the seat belt is made from a very thin (about 1mm) piece of stamped metal. It can be bent easily with just your fingers. The webbing is not stitched where it connects to the hardware. It looks glued. I don't think I can trust this to hold my 15 pound dog. Update: I contacted the vendor of this product about a return and refund. They suggested I had misunderstood the product description and offered me a $2 refund if I would give them a good rating. I responded that I want a full refund. They agreed providing I give them a 4 star rating or better. I think it important for anyone buying products from this company to know that their product ratings may be based on holding customers hostage for good ratings.
