I bought the 3 bottle group. I've taken 2 bottles so far. Anything Under 3 capfuls there's noT much effect (I am a 180lbs guy). 3 capfuls the effects are very good!! But the cost is ridiculous. There are 9 capfuls in each bottle. That's $11 per dose and you need two doses a day minimum. That's $22 per day or almost $700 per month. That's insane. If this company could cut the cost "way" down this would be an amazing product. But for that amount of money I will not be a repeat customer. I am wealthy but the product is NOT worth $700 per month. For cost alone this product gets a ZERO from me. Sorry guys.
