This first part was my original review. I have added two more parts to it and have changed my mind. This is a long review, but worth reading if you don't want be dissatisfied. Parts one below is my initial review, part two was Upper Echelon’s reply to my review (Which seemed GREAT, but not true), and part three is the rest of the story. Part 1. (Initial Review) This looks like it would be a very good and comfortable product, however, "One Size Does Not Fit All". I am 6 feet 4 inches and yes over weight by 15-25 pounds, (depending on who you talk to) at 255 pounds, but this cushion does not fit my frame. In other words, my butt (which isn't that big) and my legs don't fit into the formed cushion. It seems that the cushion is pretty good quality, but it is too small. I believe that if I weighed 220-225 at my height, it would still be too small. If you are shorter than I am (say 5'10" to 6'2") and weigh (165 at 5'10" or 190 at 6'2"), this cushion would maybe be great for you, however, that would be very close to the limit. My daughter (24 years old and has back issues too) at 5 foot, 6.5 inches and let’s say 133 to 138 pounds and pretty much of an athletic build (Let's just say, in much better shape than her Dad is now). Anyway, she tried the cushion and stated that it was pretty comfortable, but would like it even more if it was a little bigger, both wider and longer. Overall, I would say the quality is there, but again "One Size Does Not Fit All". Shipping was great; I received mine the next day. I was very happy it arrived so fast, however, was disappointed after about 20-30 minutes of sitting on it. I would recommend this product to everyone that is a little lower in weight, in perspective to their height (A little below their optimal weight). Also, my rating of this product would definitely be higher. Everlasting Comfort seems to me to be a great small company, and like I stated, this product is of good quality. I would absolutely trust them with their products; I just need a bigger one when it comes to this product. Part 2. (My Update) It seems that this company does not backup their product, nor keep their word. I am the person that wrote the Customer Review titled: "Good Product But To Small". I also stated in my comments: "Everlasting Comfort (Upper Echelon) seems to me to be a great small company". The past few weeks have totally begun to change my mind. You can see the response that I received from Upper Echelon in their reply on this page. I also received one just like it to my email. I have replied to them three times after my initial email letting them know who I was, letting them know what my choice was. They have not replied at all, even after I resent their original email (that is the same as their reply on this page)back to them, asking them to reply and follow through with their promise and/or guarantee. I have received nothing and at this point, I would have to change my mind and state that I would not recommend them. One more thing, I rarely write reviews. I am not a habitual complainer or nitpicker; I am just an older USAF retired guy that is not getting treated fairly by a company that stressed, that they would take care of something. I hope I get to write another review, a good review. After all they’re a small business and we need to support all small businesses, if they are worthy.
