I bought a KoreTrak directly from the company. While shipping was reasonably fast, the device was defective. After I ran the battery to half full, I decided to charge it up but the battery indicator would not go beyond half full. The message function which suppose to vibrate the watch if I get a call or a message does not work. The pedometer overcount by at least 10%. Blood oxygen fluctuates from 90% to 99%. I contacted customer support by email to ask for a replacement because of defective battery. The first reply was asking to explain my issue again and perhaps they could fix it remotely. I explained it was a charging issue unless they can charge my device remotely, I want a replacement. No response for two days so I sent another email. This time they offered me a 20% discount for my defective device. Bottomline, this is not an honest company. Don't buy their products. I am still waiting for my replacement.
