The skateboard went haywire and caused a bad accident to my daughter. I submitted my complaint and I was instructed to turn off the board and turn it back on.They then proceeded to tell me the remote is broken and they don’t sell this remote any longer however, I could order and install a new ESC. Their customer service has been horrible and not once has anyone apologized to me about causing an accident to my daughter. I’ve attached a video of the skateboard malfunctioning.
