I loved this collar over the last 10 months, until today where it randomly short circuited- causing severe burns over his entire throat including two deep prong marks. the collar is short circuited, I'm facing $500 in vet bills. It's a good thing that I kept it looser than recommended so he swung it to the side, otherwise we could be looking at even more severe damage. There was no metal etc. on him. DO NOT BUY.
