It is flimsy and just today after not 3 months of light use the right pole that holds the pin for attaching the foot to the chair had the weld break on the pin. We rarely use the feet as my husband prefers to use his own feet most of the time. This is very disheartening. I will have to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. Update: 1/4/18 I just contacted Drive Medical via their website and live chat option and they did not hesitate to say they are sending me a replacement part...this is very good customer support. I hope I have no further problems even though I stand by my earlier review that it is flimsy so if you need more strength you should consider a more heavyduty one.
