I bought two of these chairs. The first one was only missing a plastic cap for one side of the leg, it was missing because they bent the metal and couldn't fit it in, and every nut and screw for every hinge was incredibly loose. I had to take pieces apart to be able to tighten them. (EDIT 2/12/2021: The clasping mechanism is getting finicky and the screws/nuts are getting loose again. Just going to send them both back at this point) The other chair was missing a latching mechanism and was practically falling apart with how loose it was, so it had to be returned. You'd think it was used, but these chairs were in plastic -- that's just how much effort they put into assembly. The chairs are plush enough to sit comfortably, but if you're in the 6 foot or higher club you won't be as comfortable as a shorter person when leaning back. The issues with the assembly quality would've been easier to stomach and less irritating if there wasn't a passive-aggressive note included about "crying for your mom" if something wasn't right with the product. Maybe pay your people to do a better job putting things together before getting cocky about your product quality. Or an even better idea; sell the product with "some assembly required" so we don't have to dissect the botch jobs your employees perform in the first place.
