I bought this for my son's birthday and it set up fine. I turned it off and then when I turned it back on it came up with a <3e> error that was un-fixable via Amazon kindle service. So they send a new one and exactly the same thing happens! So I have a little boy in tears over his birthday present that once again does not work. Not happy at all.
