WARNING: Your results WILL VARY. We were setting up an office and purchased 12 of these chairs, only one was without something being wrong. The problems ranged from bolts not fitting, end of leg being bent, leg lengths not identical, holes not matching, screws not having the Allen wrench hex cut into the bolt. Nothing prevented the chairs from eventually working but it was aggravating to need to make adjustments or not being able to have all eight screws in place. After all the aggravation, the chairs are nice but a real PITA to get together.
