Ok so I got the first one and I returned it because I noticed white-like images on a pure black screen when it's turned on. Spoke with the Samsung Tech support and the first person I spoke with said it was normal for a curved TV. Wasn't not convinced hence I spoke with another tech support who said he never heard anything like that. I went online to search for similar complaints but never saw any. Therefore I returned it and I was shipped a new one. A new one came and here comes the clouding thingy again so obvious on a dark screen. I spoke with the Tech support yet again who told me to reduce the TV brightness (to start with, why should I have to tweak the picture settings of a new TV?) I Did and it never helped either. The pictures are for two different TVs. I am someone who pays attention to every details and I am unable to get myself distracted from the clouding.
