The only reason I gave this product any stars is because miraculously, I was able to complete the set up and it does look like the picture. HOWEVER, the pre drilled holes are NOT big enough for the screws. After 2 phone calls with support they explained that the small drill holes are a “Safety feature”. They expect you to somehow morph into a steel bending machine to thred the screw through. After about 10 screwdriver puncture wounds to my thigh, it is assembled. They recommend that no power tools be used. You have about 2 days from purchase to delivery to up your protein intake and hit the gym to prepare for this project. May the hulk be with you.
